LATE ARRIVAL AND GUARANTEE
If you arrive after 18.00, you must guarantee payment of the room you have booked. Please state the type of credit card you hold, the name of the holder, card number and expiry date. If you cancel after 18.00 on the day of arrival or fail to turn up, you will be charged for one night’s stay.
WHY DO YOU HAVE TO GUARANTEE PAYMENT OF HOTEL ROOMS?
A hotel room is not a commodity that you can put into stock until tomorrow. The room that is not sold tonight is a loss tomorrow! There are guests every day who, at the time of making the reservation, inform the hotel that they expect to arrive late. All through the evening, the hotel reserves/keeps these rooms for these late arrivals. However, rooms are often cancelled late in the evening. More often than not, the hotel has no chance of selling the room to another party at this late hour. It is therefore important for the hotel to get a guarantee of payment for a room booked by late-arriving guests. Consequently, it has become accepted practice internationally to demand a guarantee from guests arriving after 18.00.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR GROUPS (OF 8 PEOPLE)
Until 30 days before arrival date the entire originally booked event can be cancelled free of charge. Between 30 days and 8 days before arrival date is a maximum of up to 25% of the originally booked event cancelled free of charge. Between 8 days and 24 hours before arrival time up to 10% of the recent number of rooms are cancelled free. No cancellation can be accepted within the last 24 hours.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONS IN CASE OG FORCE MAJEURE
Prevents a given force marjeure situation you in arriving Hotel Alexandra, on the date of reservation, are you forced to cancel your reservation immediately, regardless of the specified deadline for cancellation of the reservation confirmation. Reservations must always be cancelled, where it is booked.If, the cancellation is not given the cancellation fee equal to the first night room rate.Early Retro Booking – not refundable reservations, can not be cancelled and will not be refunded

They only show your AlexandraCard when you check out and ensure you that your accommodations will be recorded on the card.
AlexandraCard is valid for one year. Alexandra Roses cannot be transferred to next year. There shall be no compensation, refund, discount or set-off for earned, unused or uncollected Alexandra Roses. The earned Alexandra Roses must be redeemed within 6 months after the card’s expiration date. Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the issue and condition that there is room at the desired time.
