The Alexandra roses must be put into an AlexandraCard, which you get at the reception when we have registered your email address. Click here and register your e-mail address. The Alexandra roses are delivered upon check out, and Alexandra rose cannot be extradited retroactively. Your AlexandraCard or roses cannot be replaced, converted into cash or used as a discount or other benefits. The AlexandraCard is valid 1 year from the first rose has been inserted. The AlexandraCard must be redeemed for a gift card within 6 months after the last rose has been inserted.
