  • Check in and out

    Check in starts at 02.00 pm. Check-out time is at 11.00 am latest. Please ask at the front desk for late check-out charge, if you would like to check-in early or check-out later.

    24-hour reception

    Our reception is always open and ready to help if you have any questions or need anything.

  • Breakfast

    For your convenience, we would be delighted to serve you a good and healthy breakfast every day between 07.00 am and 11.00 am.

    If you have any allergies, please do let us know at the latest the day before, so we can prepare the breakfast to suit your needs.

    Restaurant Ø-12

    Beside breakfast restaurant Ø-12 is open every day from 07.00 am to 04.00 pm with à la carte service. Kitchen close at 03.00 pm.

    Hotel Alexandra is located in the heart of Copenhagen, on the doorstep of the City Hall square, main shopping street Strøget, cinemas, museums, galleries, restaurants and much more, all within walking distance.

    Rent a Bike

    Biking around Copenhagen is one of the best ways to see and discover this wonderful city, and is a large part of Danish culture. Here at the Hotel Alexandra we have many bikes for rent, so that you can experience Copenhagen just like the Copenhageners do!

  • Luggage Room and Safes

    All rooms have their own safety box for your valuable belongings, and we also have a safe-room for your luggage, if you need a place to store them before you check in or out.

    Parking

    Unfortunately, we do not have parking at the hotel, we refer to Well Parking at H.C. Andersens Blvd. 10 – 12.

    If you have any questions, please ask the front desk upon arrival.

    Enjoy acces to free Wi-Fi anywhere in the hotel and easily arrange your bookings for anything related to your trip while staying at the hotel.

    Hand disinfection

    We have placed pumps with hand disinfection on all floors and common areas. We encourage our guests to use disinfectant often and in combination with a high frequency of hand washing. This also applies to our staff.
